Juliet's Sauteed Baby Chard

Juliet with Baby ChardServes 4


  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 x 100g packet Baby Chard
  • Salt & pepper, to taste


In a pan melt your butter and then add in the olive oil. Once hot, add the garlic and allow to cook until just fragrant and slightly browning. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the Baby Chard and saute for one minute or until lightly wilted (the leaves will continue to wilt once taken off of the heat). Serve as an accompaniment.
