Rainbow Fresh Wild Rocket and Baby Spinach blend is a fresh mixture of sweet baby spinach with peppery wild rocket, perfect for salads, side dishes and tossed through pasta, soups and stews.

Rocket is an ancient plant, originating from the wild in most Mediterranean countries. Rocket’s distinctive taste is peppery and nutty and has been described as Smokey.

The dry and warm climate of the region, contributes to the strong and bitey flavour of Rainbow Fresh Wild Rocket

The flavours become muted when Rocket is cooked, but its richness and depth when eaten raw are unlike any other green.

Spinach is our most popular leafy green. It is famously known for its nutrient richness. Its versatility allows it to be tasty both cooked or raw and harmonises with many other foods. Rainbow Fresh select young tender leaves, grown in the soil to provide spinach with a high level of flavour and longevity.
