Kale is very versatile and can be used raw in a salad, cooked, or boiled, its sturdy texture is a great addition to soups and stews. Enjoy a healthy salad with raw, salt-kneaded kale, avocado and olives. Toss with Olive Oil and salt to make the ever-popular Kale Chips, or add to pizza or focaccia. Kale is also a popular addition to fresh green juices.
