Vinaigrette

Serves # 4
Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup (60ml) vinegar of your choice (balsamic, red wine, white wine, apple cider vinegar)
  • ½ cup (60ml) olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced.
    Salt & pepper
Method:

Add all ingredients to a glass jar and shake well until you can see all ingredients combined. Season to taste.

Chefs Note:

This can be made well before serving, but will need to be shaken well again before drizzling over salad.
