The Shed
Our baby leaves are grown in our paddocks and are brought directly to our packing facility within hours of picking. The leaves are treated with extreme care, ensuring core temperature is kept at optimum levels to ensure longevity of shelf life. Rainbow Fresh has a state of the art packing facility with all of the latest processing equipment.
Our Factory has segregated sections, allowing each process optimum attention as required:
- Dirty Leaves are triple washed in a controlled temperature using sanitised water and ensuring temperature is kept at optimum levels.
- Optical sorter removes foreign objects using air pressure
- Fully insulated facility keeping temperature levels low
- Automated Weighheads controlled and monitored by staff
- Quality Control-HACCP & SQF
