Our dry warm Mediterranean-like climate creates a strong and flavoursome-tasting product, which has become a signature uniqueness of Rainbow Fresh Rocket. It’s richness and depth when eaten raw are unlike any other green.

Rainbow Fresh Wild Rocket is a tasty peppery leafy green, popularly served in salads, added to pasta dishes, makes a delicious pesto and adds a fresh component to a cheese grazing board.
